Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility 1.1 This promotion is open to existing customers of Double Glazing Direct who are residents of the UK and are aged 18 or over 1.2 To be eligible for the Recommend a Friend Voucher, both the Referrer and the Referred Friend must comply with these Terms and Conditions
- Referral Process 2.1 The Referrer must share their official recommendation card with the Referred Friend 2.2 The Referred Friend must provide proof of the official recommendation card when making their first purchase
- Voucher Reward 3.1 Upon successful referral, the Referrer will receive a £100 voucher 3.2 A successful referral is defined as:
- The Referred Friend making a valid purchase of at least £3,000
- The purchase must be completed within 2 years of the dated recommendation card 3.3 The vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another person
- Voucher Use 4.1 Vouchers must be used in accordance with Double Glazing Direct standard voucher usage policies 4.2 Vouchers will be available for collection from our Showroom 4.3 If cancellation occurs, vouchers become null and void
- Restrictions 5.1 Referrals cannot be made to individuals who are already existing customers of Double Glazing Direct 5.2 The Referrer must not use spam or unsolicited communication methods 5.3 You cannot recommend yourself 5.4 Cannot be combined with any other offer 5.5 One voucher per order 5.6 Voucher must be used within 2-year period of date on voucher
- Fraud and Abuse 6.1 Double Glazing Direct reserves the right to void referrals and cancel vouchers if fraudulent activity is detected
- Program Amendments 7.1 Double Glazing Direct reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Recommend a Friend program at any time without prior notice
